Planned to see Provo major attractions and it was good home base for visiting all of them. Location: the hotel was close enough to good resteraunts, bakeries, and coffee shops and coffee shops and the Temple.

Location: the hotel was close enough to good resteraunts, bakeries, and coffee shops as well as the Temple. I randomly popped in The Spoon serving some pastries, located within walking distance of the property, it was nice.

Great and magnificent position, I loved staying in this place.
The hotel was located really close to Aspenwood Manor, the Temple and good resteraunts, bakeries, and coffee shops. The room was comfortable and cool in general, with kitchen. There where a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room too.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at this charming old house! The renovations were spot on, and it had all the modern conveniences I needed. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and I immediately felt at home as soon as I walked in. The attic suite was spacious and had a place for everything, perfect for my family of five. The location was fantastic, close to BYU, downtown, and within walking distance to the Temple. The kitchen was a highlight, with a full-size refrigerator and other appliances that made it easy to prepare our own meals. I had a great time and would highly recommend this cute place!
I did have a bit of trouble finding the towels initially, as they were stored under the sink. Also, the bathroom door didn't lock, and the kitchen sink was a little difficult to wash dishes in.

Had a great Easter weekend at a charming property located near BYU, downtown, and walking distance to the temple. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, which was perfect for our dietary needs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full-size refrigerator/freezer to store our Easter dinner leftovers.
The lack of typical hotel services, such as daily maid service, left us feeling a bit disappointed. It would have been nice to not have to take care of emptying the trash ourselves.

My friends and I stayed at a place that was conveniently located close to major attractions, including the university. The kitchen was well-equipped, ideal for those with food intolerances. We also loved the charming room and modern bathroom, which was spotlessly clean. Additionally, the labels on everything were impressive, and communication with the staff was perfect.
Despite the lovely little touches, the living area was cramped, making us a bit uncomfortable.

Great New Year's Celebrations, Amazing Breakfast and Comfortable Bed
We had a decent time ringing in the New Year at this hotel's location. The party was pretty good and the crowd was fun. The buffet breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the main street with lots of restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable too, which made for a good night's sleep.
Our stay was not entirely pleasant. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.

The room was not bad, the bed was big and comfy, and the natural light made it feel cozy. It was near to good restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops which was convenient. the Wi-Fi connection was suitable for most of my needs.
The outside lights to the basement were off for two nights which made it difficult to see and I even tripped on the stairs once. Another problem was the hot water which went out one night, but luckily it worked the next night.

Clean, roomy apartment with well stocked kitchen. Small on-site laundry room. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Responsive and helpful staff. Accurate photos on website.
Nothing to fault.
